5 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa left the yard twice in a 6-4 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Friday night. The Astros jumped all over the Angels in the first inning, with Jose Altuve and Alex Bregman both hitting solo shots before Correa hit a two-run blast off of starter Jaime Barria. Correa then took Barria deep again in his next time up in the third inning hitting his 21st home run of the year 393 feet to left field. After going 0-4 in his first game back from injury, those two home runs could prove to be instrumental for owners who kept him stashed and are in the final weekend of their head-to-head playoffs.--Nicklaus Gaut - RotoBaller
