5 years agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Kyle Allen played in Houston in college, with his last start for the University of Houston ending in him getting benched. On Sunday, he returned to the city as the starting quarterback for the Panthers, throwing for 232 yards on 24-for-34 passing. He didn't throw for a touchdown and lost three fumbles, but he looked solid at times and the Panthers emerged with the win. Overall, it was a positive day for Allen even with the fumble issues. He's looking like a low-end QB2, which is more than was initially expected from him.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
