Dwayne Haskins (QB, WAS) - Week 5 Waiver Wire Pickups

BALLER MOVE: Add in two-QB leagues

OWNED IN: 3% of leagues

ANALYSIS: Yes, the number-one reason you're adding Dwayne Haskins in a two-QB league is that everyone in the league's got three quarterbacks already and you just really need a body.

Nothing about his NFL debut should have been exciting to you, as Haskins came in for Case Keenum and went 9-for-17 from the field for 107 yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions. Those are bad numbers, and in Week 5 Haskins faces the New England Patriots, who you aren't going to play him against in a two-QB league. Haskins is probably going to be the lowest ranked quarterback in the league going into that one.

But you have to be proactive in two-QB leagues, and Haskins faces the Dolphins in Week 6. If you're struggling with bye week issues in Week 6, Haskins against a defense that bad actually makes sense. But because other people in your league will also look at that and have the same conclusion, you've got to go out and grab Haskins this week to get ahead of the game.
