5 years agoTampa Bay Lightning defenseman Mikhail Sergachev tallied three assists in the team's 5-2 victory over their inner-state rival the Florida Panthers. Last year's league MVP Nikita Kucherov also tallied two points, scoring a goal and an assist. Kevin Shattenkirk, Ondrej Palat, Pat Maroon and Erik Cernak rounded out the scoring for the Lightning. Sergachev will look to build on last year's successful sophomore season, as he should be given more opportunity to succeed after the departure of Anton Stralman.--Nate Duffett
