5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara totaled 117 yards from scrimmage in his team's 31-24 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Kamara has had better games but he did a little bit of everything against a stout Buccaneers run defense. He carried the ball 16 times for 62 yards, a decent showing considering the tough matchup and pass-heavy game script. Kamara was better in the passing game, hauling in six catches for 42 yards and even completing a pass to tight end Josh Hill. Kamara has a safe floor moving forward because of his involvement in the offense. He gets a Jacksonville Jaguars Defense next week that just gave up 237 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns to running back Christian McCaffrey.--Tim Capurso
