5 years agoIt was a career day for Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones, whose arrival back in his home state of Texas saw him rip off 107 yards on the ground and 75 more through the air, culminating with a four-touchdown outing in the win over Dallas. With Green Bay’s receiving core hampered by a multitude of injuries, Jones took on an increased role in the offense and was the beneficiary of the team’s ability to move the ball down the field. His seven receptions equaled a new career high, as Jones is poised to flourish next week against Detroit, with an additional day of rest due to the Monday night time slot.--Jesse Borek
