5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Joc Pederson went 2-for-4 with two doubles in the team's 7-3 loss in 10 innings to the Nationals in Game 5 of the NLDS. Pederson got the Dodgers off on the right foot, smacking a double and then scoring on Max Muncy's home run in the first inning. The Dodgers offense, for the most part, went silent from there and now will watch the rest of the postseason from home. Pederson enjoyed a solid series, however, collecting hits in three of the five games while posting a .600 slugging percentage. Pederson has plenty of talent but his status on the team next year is not a sure thing if the Dodgers opt for a shakeup over the winter.--Joey C - RotoBaller
