5 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer smacked a single into center to lead off the game, sparking a four-run first inning in the Astros 6-1 win over the Rays. Springer struggled in the five-game series, hitting only .143, but he chipped in when the team needed it most. The talented outfielder can be streaky, but the Astros advanced without their leadoff hitter doing anything in the postseason so far. Springer will have plenty of fantasy value hitting in Minute Maid Park and Yankee Stadium over the next week or so.--Joey C - RotoBaller
