5 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman hit a two-run double in the Astros four-run first inning to put away the Rays in Game 5 and advance to the ALCS. Bregman wraps up the ALDS slashing .353/.450/.647 and has taken his MVP-like offensive season into the playoffs. Three of his six hits in the series went for extra bases and he scored six runs in the five-game series.
