5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler coaxed a pinch-hit walk and scored a run as the Cardinals were swept by the Nationals in the NLCS. Fowler really disappointed in the playoffs, eventually losing his starter's role to Jose Martinez in the final few games. Fowler delivered in the postseason for the Cubs in 2016 but went only 2-for-33 (.061) in the playoffs for the Cardinals. Fowler has failed to live up to the huge contract he signed with St. Louis several seasons ago and heads into the winter as possible trade bait.--Joey C - RotoBaller
