5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara is reportedly dealing with a high ankle injury this week. This ankle injury and a knee injury Kamara suffered in last week's game put his Week 7 status in serious jeopardy. The Saints prepared for the worst by signing veteran running back Zach Zenner. Kamara has tallied 373 rushing yards on 86 carries and has caught 33 of 39 targets for 276 receiving yards. The Chicago Bears rank 19th in the NFL in fantasy points allowed to opposing backs and will be without Pro Bowl run-stuffer Akiem Hicks. If Kamara does play, he'll be a high-end RB2 on limited snaps with the risk for potential re-injury. It's best for fantasy owners to find other options this week.--Tim Capurso
