5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Latavius Murray was excellent in his team's 36-25 victory over the Chicago Bears. Filling in for injured starter Alvin Kamara (ankle), the 29-year-old Murray rolled for 119 rushing yards on 27 carries and punched in two goal-line scores. Murray was a physical runner throughout the game, bouncing off tackles. The seventh-year veteran added five catches on six targets for 31 yards as he showcased his potential in the lead-back role. If Kamara is unable to suit up for Week 8, expect another large workload for Murray against the Arizona Cardinals.--Tim Capurso
