5 years agoDetroit Lions running back Ty Johnson finished with just seven carries for 25 yards and a catch for 13 yards during the win over the Giants. After expectations were high for the 22-year-old coming into this one, he yielded carries to Tra Carson, who had an equally unimpressive 34 yards on 12 attempts. Johnson was expected to fill in for Kerryon Johnson (knee), who landed on injured reserve earlier in the week, but for now, he is worth a stash until this the situation in the backfield plays out, with more being revealed against the Raiders in Week 9.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
