5 years agoDetroit Lions running back J.D. McKissic finished with one attempt for negative yardage to go along with three catches for just two yards during the win over the Giants on Sunday. After many were expecting him to be featured catching passes out of the backfield as well as getting a few touches on the ground, McKissic yielded production to Ty Johnson and Tra Carson, who both combined for 19 touches for 59 yards. While the backfield situation hasn't fully played out, it is safe to assume that McKissic has no fantasy value at the moment and isn't worth a roster spot as a result of his lackluster play in Week 8.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
