5 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley had an underwhelming but productive day for the Giants on Sunday versus the Lions. The franchise star was contained on the ground, totaling 64 yards and 19 carries, but he finally got involved in the passing game, catching eight passes for 79 yards and a touchdown. Although the rushing total is disappointing, seeing Barkley as involved as he was in the passing game is good news considering he had not been as active as he was last year. If that type of usage continues, Barkley will continue to push for overall RB1 value each week.--Eric Samulski - RotoBaller
