BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
OWNED IN: 23% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: The Kenyan Drake era is officially over in Miami, as the Dolphins traded him early on Monday morning to the Arizona Cardinals.
If it was still August and I said this, you'd assume it was time to go out and grab Kalen Ballage off the waiver wire, but Ballage has looked absolutely abysmal this year. His 25 carries have produced a pair of touchdowns, but they've also produced just 43 yards a 1.7 yards per carry average that's just completely unacceptable in the NFL.
Mark Walton -- who spent his rookie year as a backup for the Bengals before joining Miami this year -- has taken over as the lead back. He's had 30 carries for 137 yards so far, and with Drake gone and Ballage playing so poorly, it looks like we're heading for a situation where Walton has full control of this backfield.
Now, look. The Dolphins offensive line is bad. The Dolphins entire offense is bad. But they're also past their bye week and have a running back who's available in nearly 80 percent of leagues right now who'll be used as an every-down guy going forward. Walton's going to be available to help you weather your upcoming bye week issues -- like the SIX of them in Week 10! -- and is worth an add for that reason alone.
