5 years agoIndianapolis Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett has been a pleasant surprise this year. Through seven games, he's the QB19 on the year, and that's with his bye week factored in. He's just one 18-point outing from being a top-10 quarterback. In Week 9, he catches a Pittsburgh Steelers team that is riding high after their Week 8 victory, but it was against the Miami Dolphins. They started that game slowly before turning it on. Brissett has the arm to exploit their cornerbacks deep, and his offensive line can keep him upright against a tough Steelers front. He's not the best option this week, but with four teams on a bye, there are worse streamers to use.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
