BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team PPR Leagues
OWNED IN: 29% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley continues to be a mostly solid PPR option in his first year with the Bills.
Sunday's game against Washington was actually the first time all year that I got worried about Beasley's usage, as he was targeted just twice, catching both for 13 yards and a score. It was his third straight game with a touchdown, as quarterback Josh Allen has shown that he trusts Beasley down near the goal line.
Beasley's been targeted at least six times in five of Buffalo's eight games this year, so I don't think Sunday was a sign of Beasley falling out of favor as much as it was a sign of Josh Allen not having to throw much, as he passed just 20 times. Allen, Devin Singletary, and Frank Gore combined for 39 carries on Sunday, something that's unlikely to be a trend when they play a team that isn't as bad as Washington.
Beasley is still the number-two guy behind John Brown in this passing attack and he's still unowned in a ton of leagues. Beasley's a startable guy in deeper PPR leagues, so if you play in those kind of leagues and he's still out there, then what are you waiting for? Get Beasley.
