5 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Brandon Allen survived his first career NFL start and managed to sneak out turnover-free and with a win. This is much more than most expected from Allen, as he was able to be an effective game manager and lead the Broncos to a hard-fought win. As previously mentioned, Allen didn't turn the ball over and tallied 193 yards with two touchdown passes as well. While this performance shouldn't make owners flock to picking up Allen, he has proven that he is by no means a pushover and could see time during bye weeks in two QB leagues.--Matthew.McGough
