5 years agoDetroit Lions running back J.D. McKissic quickly went from being an afterthought to what could be the best fantasy option in the Lions backfield. McKissic won't win any leagues, but his continued involvement in the passing game has warranted that fantasy owners have him on their radar at the least. McKissic has seen at least three targets in two consecutive games, and with neither Paul Perkins or Ty Johnson doing much of anything he could easily take control of this backfield. McKissic will be in tough in Week 10 against a very solid Chicago Bears squad, but the Lions schedule eases up after this week, so even if he doesn't produce fantasy owners should take his usage into consideration. McKissic will slot in as a flex option in this matchup for those in deeper leagues.--Joseph Magazzinich
