5 years agoNew York Jets tight end Chris Herndon IV (hamstring) has been practicing on a limited basis and is expected to suit up Sunday. Herndon was active for Week 9 at Miami but didn't play a single snap calling into question why he was active in the first place. Despite last week, head coach Adam Gase said it looks good for Herndon and the second-year tight end should see the field this week. Fantasy owners that have been stashing Herndon, however, may want to take a wait-and-see approach to the Jets tight end situation as Ryan Griffin has played well the past few weeks in Herndon's absence. Herndon flashed enough potential last season to be a must-add player if he's available, but isn't a recommended start until we see how he will be used in the offense.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
