James Washington Could See Extra Work Against Rams
5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver James Washington had his best game of the season in Week 9, catching all four targets for 69 yards. Against the LA Rams in Week 10, Washington could again be in Mason Rudolph's sights often. JuJu Smith-Schuster (foot) landed on the injury report on Friday, so if he somehow misses or is limited, Washington should be a direct beneficiary. However, a matchup with the Rams, who allow 241 passing yards per game, isn't ideal, especially with Jalen Ramsey on their side now. Look at the Oklahoma State product as nothing more than a touchdown-dependent, deep-league flex option.
