5 years agoTampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman made his first appearance of the month in Friday's NHL Global Games matchup against the Sabres, logging 25:47 on the ice and recording one assist in a 3-2 win. Hedman missed two games due to a lower-body injury before returning on home turf in Stockholm, Sweden. Nikita Kucherov, Tyler Johnson and Yanni Gourde provided the goals in the contest. The Bolts have been inconsistent this season, but Hedman has been notching points quite regularly, finishing without one just twice. He has two goals and 10 points in 12 games overall.
