BALLER MOVE: Add In 12-Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: Malik Monk's had a good week, highlighted by a buzzer-beater three against the Pistons on Friday night. With a second left to play, the Hornets ran an out of bounds play, with Monk getting the ball in a less-than-ideal spot, double-teamed up top. But he lifted and drained the triple, handing the Hornets a win.
Over the last three games, Monk is playing 25.8 minutes per contest and putting up averages of 17 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. That's been fueled by some strong shooting from long distance.
The Hornets might be the NBA's biggest surprise. They're only 6-7, but that's good enough to be in the playoff picture and also a marked improvement over where I expected them to be at this point, and Monk's been a solid part of that improvement. The third-year guard seems to finally be finding his footing and should continue to give the Hornets strong contributions off the bench.
