5 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver D.J. Chark has surpassed the rest of his team's wide receivers in the pecking order, and the return of quarterback Nick Foles didn't change that last week. Chark was targeted 15 times, catching eight passes for 104 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The matchup and the potential game flow aren't quite as in his favor this week against the Titans, but he's still the best fantasy option among this team's wide receivers and should be started in most leagues because of his nose for finding pay dirt.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
