5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel caught both of his targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in a 37-8 victory over the Green Bay Packers. The rookie broke free of the Packers secondary at the end of the first half for a 42-yard catch-and-run score, his third touchdown of the year. Samuel received only two targets after seeing 21 in his last two games combined, though the 49ers had no reason to throw up 23-0 at the half. The 23-year-old ranks fourth among rookies in receiving yards and has been San Francisco's best receiver this year. Samuel will face an improved Baltimore Ravens secondary in Week 13.--Tim Capurso
