5 years agoWashington Redskins running back Adrian Peterson figures to split touches with Derrius Guice again in Week 13, which naturally limits his fantasy value in an otherwise great matchup against the Panthers. Carolina is allowing nearly five yards per carry to opposing backs, and no team has permitted more rushing touchdowns. Unfortunately for his fantasy owners, Peterson is not the type of running back who can be counted on for high-end value on 10-12 touches, which is the range he finds himself in since Guice returned two weeks ago. Peterson is a risky flex play who will almost certainly need to spring a couple big gains or score a touchdown to warrant starting him in fantasy lineups.--Chris O'Reilly
