5 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas caught six of eight targets for 48 yards in a 26-18 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. The All-Pro wideout registered his lowest output this year, mostly due to a dud by quarterback Drew Brees. It's also worth noting that the Saints threw the ball a season-low 30 times, letting their defense do the heavy lifting in this one. There won't be many games like this for Thomas, who still paces the NFL in catches and receiving yards. He'll look to bounce back next week against the San Francisco 49ers, the league's best pass defense.--Tim Capurso
