BALLER MOVE: Add In 14-Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 16% of leagues
ANALYSIS: You may have missed the train to pick up Biyombo and have him be relevant in shallower leagues now that Cody Zeller is due to return, but don't let Saturday's stinker against the Bucks (no points and two rebounds in 10 minutes) make you think Biyombo is totally irrelevant. The Bucks are a terrible matchup for the veteran big man, and he shouldn't be played off the floor against the next few teams that the Hornets face.
What Biyombo's done lately has been impressive: double-digit scoring in four straight games before Saturday, plus some solid rebounding numbers over that span and the ability to block shots.
It'll be interesting to see how his minutes shake out, but if you have a bench spot and don't mind playing the wait and see approach, Biyombo looks like he's done enough to justify a solid role as a bench big for Charlotte. He should be able to contribute solid points, rebounds, blocks, and field goal percentage numbers in that scenario.
