5 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon rushed for a touchdown during the win over the Jets in Week 13, finding the end zone late in the second quarter off of a five-yard run. Though the 23-year-old accumulated just 44 yards off of his 19 carries for an unimpressive 2.3 yards per carry, he was able to offset that by a small margin by bringing in all four of his targets from the returning Andy Dalton for 26 yards. Mixon has been trending in the right direction after failing to score on the ground throughout the first nine games of the year by running it in twice over his last three games.
