Jamison Crowder Struggling, But Still Seeing Targets
5 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder has been ice-cold lately with just seven catches for 56 yards over his last three games combined. Prior to that ugly stretch, Crowder had been playing very well, but quarterback Sam Darnold has been connecting more with Robby Anderson in recent weeks. It's understandable if fantasy owners want to shy away from Crowder given his lack of production and a tough matchup at Baltimore, but the Ravens are just middle of the pack in fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers. As for the targets, Crowder has gotten 16 over the last two games and Demaryius Thomas (hamstring) won't play Thursday. Expect Crowder to see plenty of targets in a pass-happy game script for New York, making him usable as a WR3 in fantasy.
