5 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Sam Darnold went 18-for-32 passing for 218 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to the Ravens Thursday. Darnold also threw an interception and lost a fumble as turnovers continue to be an issue for the sophomore signal-caller. This was a typical game for Darnold, he's had over 300 yards passing just once since Week 6 while also failing to reach 200 yards just once in that time. While that level of consistency can be nice, Darnold simply doesn't have enough upside in this offense to be more than a low-end QB2 most weeks. Expect him to be in that range again in Week 16 in another tough matchup with the Steelers.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
