5 years agoChicago Bears running back David Montgomery carried the ball 14 times for only 39 yards in the Bears 21-13 loss to the Packers in Week 15. The rookie added one catch for 10 yards but averaged only 2.8 yards per carry. The matchup was there for Montgomery to post a quality fantasy outing but the Bears ditched the run game as they played from behind the entire game. Montgomery has plenty of talent but the Bears lack of commitment to the running game deflates his value. He will be a hit-or-miss option in Week 16 against the Chiefs.--Joey C - RotoBaller
