5 years agoWashington Redskins running back Chris Thompson has been back on the field for three weeks, with no discernible rhyme or reason to his usage rate in this span. He was targeted eight times in a Week 14 loss to the Packers, but that game is sandwiched in between two performances in which he might as well have been a healthy scratch. Even without Derrius Guice in the fold for the last game and a half, Thompson hasn't attempted a rush in either of his last two outings. Even that wouldn't be so detrimental if the Redskins involved him more in the passing game, but that hasn't been there either. Fantasy owners can't bank on a guy who's been an active non-participant in a bad offense, especially with championship trophies on the line.--Chris O'Reilly
