5 years agoJames van Riemsdyk scored two goals and Sean Couturier netted the shootout winner as the Philadelphia Flyers outlasted the Ottawa Senators by a score of 5-4. With two goals in each of his last two games, van Riemsdyk is on a hot streak that’s seen him record nine points in his last seven games. Jakub Voracek added a goal and an assist in the win. He now has points in three straight games. Offseason free-agent signee Kevin Hayes found the back of the net and now has five points in four games. Claude Giroux, who’s mired in a season-long slump, was held off the score sheet but had five shots on net and was strong in the face-off circle. --Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
