Chark was targeted a team-high seven times on Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, but that only turned into two catches for 18 yards for the second-year pro. Chark's been Gardner Minshew's favorite target, but the Falcons managed to effectively shut down that connection. Chark's still the wide receiver to own in Jacksonville in dynasty leagues as we head into the offseason, but Jacksonville's quarterback concerns throw a bit of a wrench into Chark's long term outlook.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
