5 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones returned from his ankle injury with fury on Sunday, torching the Redskins for 352 yards and five touchdowns in an overtime win. The rookie carved up the Washington secondary at will, completing passes to six different receivers and not committing any turnovers (although he did almost lose a fumble). His Herculean effort may have ruined any chance the Giants have to draft Chase Young next year, but the former Duke Blue Devil is cementing his status as the future signal-caller for the Giants.
