5 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Curtis Samuel logged just two catches for 17 yards during the loss to the Colts on Sunday. With rookie quarterback Will Grier unable to get anything done by throwing three interceptions on the day, Samuel didn't produce, even with the exit of D.J. Moore, who was ruled out after suffering a concussion. The 23-year-old hasn't been the most efficient wideout from a statistical standpoint this season, and with Moore and Christian McCaffrey consuming an abundance of targets on a week-to-week basis, his success is dependent on whether or not he can find the end zone. He could see some more looks from whoever is under center against the Saints if Moore can't play, but he isn't a consistent option for those still playing in fantasy leagues in Week 17.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
