5 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers forward Kevin Hayes and defenseman Travis Sanheim combined for five points in Monday's 5-1 win over the Rangers. Hayes scored twice -- including the game-winning goal -- against his former team and Sanheim produced a three-point performance with two goals and one assist. Hayes has been the team's hottest forward in recent weeks, taking his points tally for the year to 22 with three multi-point outings in the past five games. He's finished pointless just five times in his last 17 appearances. Sanheim ended a poor run on Monday night as he had managed only two points in his previous 13 outings.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
