5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara carried the ball eight times for 39 rushing yards and caught two of three targets for 18 receiving yards in a 42-10 win over the Carolina Panthers. After not scoring for nine weeks, Kamara has found the end zone twice in back-to-back games. The 24-year-old ran through a wide-open hole for a 15-yard score, then punched in a one-yard goal-line touchdown for his second of the first quarter. With a 42-3 third-quarter lead, New Orleans opted to rest Kamara for the remainder of the game, a smart move ahead of the playoffs. Whether the Saints get a first-round bye or not, Kamara should be a top fantasy option at the running back position for his next game.--Tim Capurso
