5 years agoWashington Capitals left wing Alex Ovechkin followed up his Thursday's hat trick against the Devils with another one on Saturday vs. the Islanders, helping the team win 6-4. Carl Hagelin, Tom Wilson, and Jakub Vrana also scored for the Caps, who produced a five-goal third period. Ovechkin is now among the 10 best goal-scorers in league history with 692 markers. Eight of them have come in his last three appearances.
