5 years agoVancouver Canucks defenseman Quinn Hughes had a goal and an assist in Wednesday's 5-2 victory over San Jose, taking his points tally for the season up to 36. Tanner Pearson also had a goal and an assist for the Canucks, while Tyler Myers, Jake Virtanen, and Brandon Sutter provided the rest of the goals. Jacob Markstrom took his record for the year up to 19-13-3 with a 38-save performance. Hughes seems to get better with each passing week, and he had a very productive January, missing out on points in just four games.
