5 years agoBoston Bruins defenseman Torey Krug finished with two goals, two assists, a plus-two rating and two shots on goal in Saturday's 6-1 victory against the Wild. The 28-year-old produced the opening goals of the first and second period for the Bruins, while the defenseman added a couple of assists to record a season-high four points on the night. Brad Marchand, David Pastrnak, Anders Bjork and Jake DeBrusk added one goal apiece in the victory, while goaltender Jaroslav Halak stopped 25-of-26 shots on goal to earn the win. Krug's productive night brings his season total up to seven goals, 30 assists and 37 points through 45 games. Krug ranks ninth in scoring among all NHL defensemen, making the 28-year-old worth owning across standard fantasy formats moving forward.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
