5 years agoColorado Avalanche goaltender Philipp Grubauer celebrated his second shutout of the year on Tuesday, finishing a 3-0 win over Ottawa with 34 saves. Mikko Rantanen, Valeri Nichushkin and Gabriel Landeskog scored the goals, Nathan MacKinnon had two assists. Grubauer has now posted his second four-game winning streak of the season, allowing a total of three goals during the run. He had a difficult time at the end of 2019 when he found himself on a five-game losing streak, but the German has bounced back superbly, suffering only three losses since the calendar changed. He has an 18-11-4 record for the season with a 2.64 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
