5 years agoThe Buffalo Sabres shocked the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday night with a 5-2 victory despite being outshot 43-26. Jack Eichel led the way with two goals. He now has 13 points over his past 10 games. Sam Reinhart had a goal and an assist to hit the 50-point mark for the third straight season. Jeff Skinner and Zemgus Girgensons also had goals. Defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen had two assists. He now has six points in the last four games. Carter Hutton rebounded from allowing six goals in his last start to stopping 41 of 43 against the Penguins. Evgeni Malkin scored twice to give him seven straight seasons with 20 or more goals.
