5 years agoSeattle Mariners infielder Tim Lopes went 2-for-2 in the win over the Reds on Wednesday, doubling twice while also adding a run and an RBI. The 25-year-old has played exceptionally well this spring thus far, compiling a hit in each of his five plate appearances (four doubles) to go along with five RBI. Lopes isn't a lock to make the team's Opening Day roster, but if he continues to play well, he could find himself in the lineup at some point this season, especially if some moves are made during the year.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
