Adrian Houser Sharp In Spring Game
5 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Adrian Houser tossed two scoreless frames in Thursday's spring game against the Royals. He allowed one hit and one walk and struck out two. This was Houser's second appearance of the spring, and he's looked sharp thus far. Houser ended last season on a roll and is on track to open the season in the middle of the Brewers rotation. Houser brings a mid-90s fastball and a quality curveball to the table. The 26-year-old has a chance to make a name for himself in 2020 with a rotation spot all but locked in. He's worth a look in the latter part of most fantasy drafts in deeper mixed leagues and could be a valuable member of your fantasy staff. Tagged as a potential sleeper in 2020, Houser seems primed for a breakout campaign.
