5 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco (hip) made his Cactus League debut Tuesday, allowing two runs on three hits in two innings against the Angels. Carrasco’s first outing got pushed back after he sustained a mild right hip flexor a few weeks ago. He is confident that he can ready himself by Opening Day. It's difficult to predict what to expect out of Carrasco in 2020. Home runs allowed were a serious issue for him last year. He allowed 18 of them in just 80 innings in 2019. If you take the small sample size last year with a grain of salt and look at his overall career performance, he's likely worth taking a risk on and is poised for a bounce-back year. His current ADP is 117, which seems like solid value if Carrasco can put 2019 behind him.--James Stokke
