5 years agoThe Carolina Hurricanes’ swoon continued on Thursday night with a 4-1 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers. Carter Hart turned aside 28 of 29 shots to win his sixth game in a row and nine of 10. He hasn’t allowed in more than three goals over the past six games. He has a 2.47 GAA and .911 SV% on the season. Forward Scott Laughton added two helpers and now has nine points in his last six games. Defenseman Ivan Provorov scored his second goal in as many games. He now has five points in his last four games. Overall, he has 13 goals and 36 points in 67 games. Sean Couturier’s found the back of the net for the sixth time in 10 games. He now has 22 goals and 59 points in 67 games. On the losing side, Justin Williams scored the lone goal for Carolina.
