Kyle Busch Finishes Second At Darlington
5 years agoJoe Gibbs Racing driver Kyle Busch piloted his No. 18 Toyota to a controversial second-place finish in Wednesday's Toyota 500 at Darlington Raceway. Busch was running third when he made contact with Chase Elliott's No. 9 car, spinning Elliott out and bringing out a caution flag. During that caution, the rain came, ultimately leading to the race being called and teammate Denny Hamlin getting the victory. Busch started 26th on Wednesday, driving up towards the front but not leading any laps. It was a solid run for Busch, who'll look to keep up the momentum in Thursday's Xfinity race at Darlington, where he'll also be coming from the middle of the pack.
